    It looks like the digital cushion is strengthening up nicely. I'd personally treat the infections in the frog area, and treat to prevent infections in the area where he is putting out strong butresses. Yes they look strange, but if he's getting the correct conditioning, i'd hang in there for some months yet.

    Thanks Issy. I have done a clean trax soak and think infection has gone and holes remain. I am treating with NT Dry powder and think are improving. Dry weather helping.

    What are support buttresses? Which feet and where? How can support buttresses be linked to infection?
